Kyle Machynia, MPAS, PA-C, is an experienced and caring certified Physician Associate at Integrated Dermatology of Reno in Reno, Nevada. A native of Nevada, Kyle feels fortunate to be serving the residents of the community he calls home. Kyle graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in biology and chemistry with honors from the College of Idaho in Caldwell. He conducted biomedical research sponsored by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). During his time there and contributed to publishing peer reviewed literature in organic chemistry and cellular toxicology. Before Kyle’s graduate studies, he worked as a procurement transplant coordinator for Nevada Donor Network in Las Vegas. Later, he earned a Master’s of Science in Physician Associate Studies (MPAS) at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University (MCPHS) in Boston. Kyle completed his didactic curriculum from MCPHS and Harvard Medical School. He furthered his training in medical and surgical dermatology at the VA medical center in Manchester, New Hampshire, where he worked closely with the department of dermatology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. He completed additional training in dermatology at Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery under board-certified dermatologist Mohs and cosmetic surgeon Martin Salm, MD, FAACS.
